Panic is everywhere in the city, it turns out a dangerous maniac has escaped from prison and could be anywhere. But the main character isn't too worried about it. He's all hyped up about having fun in the city and can't think about anything else. However, their first night in Tokyo turns into a total nightmare! The maniac finds them and decides to put them through a cruel depraved test that will challenge not only their will to survive but also the boundaries of their relationship. What will they do for each other? And where is the line between love and self-preservation?
